We will be happy to make a size and/or model change, as well as offer you a refund if you choose, within 30 days of receiving the order.
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and retain the original packaging. Galoha reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Size and/or model changes are free for Spain , for the rest of the countries shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When requesting the exchange, it must be taken into account that since they are limited editions, the selected size or model may be out of stock. If applicable, the customer will be notified to choose another option or to provide a full refund (including shipping costs).
Returns and Refunds. In the event that you wish to make a return and not an exchange of size, you will receive your refund in the same way with which you made the payment, deducting the shipping costs (except in the case of a defective product, or errors not in accordance with the product ordered). on purchase).

Purchases with shipments to Spain
To request a return click here , the process is very easy, you will only need the zip code and Tracking Number / Order Number.
Purchases with shipments to other countries:
Return and shipping costs for other countries will be borne by the customer. You can choose the courier agency you want.
